Stephanie Gonzalez
Teacher
Stephanie Gonzalez has been dancing since the age of three, and her passion for movement
has only grown stronger over the years. She specializes in Ballet, Lyrical, and Jazz, blending
strong technical foundations with expressive artistry in every class she teaches.
Stephanie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies from Fresno State University
and went on to receive her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and Master’s Degree in
Social Emotional Learning from National University. Her background in both education and
dance allows her to create a classroom environment that is not only skill-focused but also
supportive, encouraging, and uplifting for every student.
Her dance journey began at Dancers Edge, where she started as an assistant before becoming
a teacher at the age of 17. She later moved to Los Angeles to pursue dance professionally and
was signed with MSA Talent Agency. During her time in LA, Stephanie trained with top
choreographers, performed, and taught at a variety of studios—experiences that expanded her
artistry and perspective as both a dancer and instructor.
Over the years, Stephanie has competed for more than a decade, earned multiple convention
scholarships, and in 2024 was honored with Choreographer of the Year at Starpower
Nationals in Las Vegas—one of her most cherished dance memories.
Above all, Stephanie loves sharing her passion for dance with her students. She believes in
building authentic connections and creating a space where dancers feel inspired, confident,
and valued. For her, teaching is about more than just dance steps—it’s about empowering
students to express themselves and grow both as dancers and individuals.
